Electronic City has spent the last decade turning into the kind of place people used to only drive through for work and now actually want to live in. SOBHA Hamptons is one of the clearest bets on that shift — a 45-storey residential tower on Hosur Road, built as part of the larger SOBHA Townpark development, and deliberately styled around a New York theme that shows up everywhere from the building's glass-heavy facade to the names of its own clubhouses.

The apartments themselves cover a wide range, which is part of what makes Hamptons interesting. Manipal Hospital, Oxford Medical Hospital and Kauvery Hospital cover healthcare, while M5 Ecity Mall and Nexus Mall handle the weekend shopping runs. Connectivity fans out in every direction — Hosur Road and the e-City flyover onto the Outer Ring Road, NICE Road toward Bannerghatta and Mysore Road, and NH948A linking further south toward Tamil Nadu.

At a starting price of around ₹1.80 Cr and possession currently targeted for mid-2031, Hamptons is a longer runway than some of SOBHA's more compact projects — which suits buyers comfortable investing early in a large township that's still being built out around them.
